Here's how shipping works for PYNK GORILLA orders.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on all orders $35 and over.
A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $35, calculated at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays outside our control.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us@pynkgorillabrand.com and we'll help track it down.
