Return & Refund Policy

Unopened, unused bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Because hand sanitizer is a topical hygiene product, opened or used bottles are final sale and not eligible for return, for health and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us@pynkgorillabrand.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you — this applies regardless of whether the bottle has been opened.

Email us@pynkgorillabrand.com with your order number to start a return. We'll provide instructions from there.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
